• establishment of procedures & GMP systems, of transfer of technologies from R&D to manufacturing, scale up, validation
- Packaging Development:
• New designs, new molds, new suppliers as well as maintenance of existing ones
- Consumer Fundamentals:
• establishment of systems to understand key consumer needs
- Scientific Direction:
responsible on a worldwide basis of several contacts with Universities, Global suppliers or Technology start up companies; on a regional basis of the relationships with professionals (dermatologists, pediatricians, nurses, OB-GYN, etc)
